Returns & Refunds
At G•BALL, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Opened G-18 Tee Packs
- Opened G•MARK Ball Markers
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Founders Packs
Founders Packs must be returned complete. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged products only.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
